- Pedigree Chart:
A chart that shows an individual's direct ancestors — parents,
grandparents, great-grandparents, and so forth. A pedigree chart
may contain birth, marriage, and death information.

A printed form that lists a family parents and children. It lists
information about dates and places of birth, marriage, and death.
Also called a family group record.
